AGLC4 Rule 20.1: Malaysia: Cases
Malaysian cases follow chapter 2, but individuals' names are given in full and judicial titles are abbreviated as the case itself abbreviates them, without full stops. Sendirian Berhad is abbreviated to Sdn Bhd, and the honorifics Datuk and Haji are always removed from party names.

Formatting
- The case name is italic, and Sdn Bhd is italic as part of it.
- Sendirian Berhad is always shortened to Sdn Bhd.
- The honorifics Datuk and Haji are dropped from party names.
- Individuals' names are given in full; given names may be omitted where not needed for identification.
- Judicial title abbreviations follow the form used in the case, with no full stops (rule 1.6.1).
- The court may be added at the end in round brackets (rule 2.2.6).
