Cite the Malayan Law Journal where possible; if the case is not reported there, cite the Current Law Journal where possible. The MLJ was organised by volume until 1965 and by year from 1966.

Formatting

  • The report abbreviations MLJ and CLJ are roman with no full stops.
  • A judge follows the pinpoint in round brackets, and the court follows in a second, separate pair of round brackets.
