AI Processing Environment
To provide transcription, summarisation, and other AI-powered features, your data is decrypted within a secure processing environment. This processing is necessary to deliver the core functionality of the service.
Access Controls
We implement role-based access controls to limit data access to authorised personnel. Access to production systems is logged and monitored. User data is accessible only to you and those you explicitly share it with through the platform.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers for infrastructure, AI processing, and payment handling. These providers operate under confidentiality obligations and data-processing agreements that require them to protect your information.
Data Handling
Your identifiable content is not used to train AI models. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party AI providers may have their own data handling policies.
Regulatory Compliance

We support GDPR requirements for EU users, including data access and deletion requests.
