AGLC4 Rule 14.6: Supranational Materials: Short Title and Subsequent References
Treaty short titles and subsequent references follow rule 8.8. Case short titles follow rule 2.1.14 and subsequent references to cases follow rule 1.4.1. EU documents and documents of other supranational bodies may take a short title under rule 1.4.4, with subsequent references in the rule 1.4.1 form. Ibid is used for all chapter 14 material.

Formatting
- The short title is italic, inside curly single quotation marks, inside round brackets, at the very end of the first citation, after any judge's name.
- A subsequent reference is the italic short title, a space, (n and the footnote number), a space, the pinpoint and a full stop.
- Ibid is used for all chapter 14 material.
