AGLC4 Rule 9.3.1: Decisions of UN Treaty Committees
A treaty committee's decision on an individual communication is cited under rule 9.2, with a short title always added in the form of the complainant's surname v the respondent state. Subsequent references use that short title together with the document number.

Formatting
- The committee is named first as the author, roman, followed by a comma.
- The decision title is italic.
- A short title is always given, after the pinpoint: italic, in curly single quotation marks, inside round brackets.
- The short title is the complainant's surname, an italic v, and the respondent state, all italic.
- A subsequent reference is the italic short title, a comma, UN Doc and the number, n and the footnote number in round brackets, and the pinpoint.
