AGLC4 Rule 9.2.14: Documents of Multiple Organs

Where a document is issued to or considered by more than one UN organ, give parallel official records details for each organ, separated by semicolons, and give each document number, joined by and under UN Docs.

Formatting

  • Each organ's official records group (records abbreviation, session, agenda items and so on) is separated from the next by a semicolon.
  • UN Docs is plural and the document numbers are joined by and.
  • One date bracket follows the document numbers.
