AGLC4 Rule 4.1.3: Editors
Where a book has an editor but no author, the editor is named in the author's place, followed by (ed) for one editor or (eds) for more. That bracket is kept in subsequent references.

Formatting
- The editor's name follows rule 4.1.1.
- (ed) or (eds) follows the name after a space, in round brackets and without a full stop.
- A comma follows the closing bracket before the title.
- With more than three editors, et al comes before (eds).
- Subsequent references give the surname, the (ed) or (eds) bracket, then the footnote cross reference.
