AGLC4 Rule 26.2: Judicial and Administrative Decisions
Decisions from common law jurisdictions follow chapter 2 as closely as possible: a report series is written in full if it is not in appendix A, the court may be added in round brackets after the pinpoint, and judges' titles follow the decision. Other foreign decisions give, where available and in this order, the case name, the court (with the jurisdiction if not apparent), the case number, the full date, report details introduced by reported in, and a pinpoint, unless local convention orders them differently. A URL may follow the first citation.

- Civil law decisions: the case name, where there is one, is italic; the court name is roman, in the original language with an English translation in square brackets.
- Elements are separated by commas, except that no comma precedes reported in.
- reported in is roman and lower case.
- The full date is day, month in full, year.
