AGLC4 Rule 4.5: Archived Sources

A permanent archive link may be given as well as, or instead of, a URL. It comes at the very end of the citation, introduced by archived at, and is formatted like a URL. Where a URL is also given, the URL is followed by a comma before archived at.

Formatting

  • The permalink is enclosed in angle brackets, as a URL is.
  • It is introduced by the words archived at, lower case and roman.
  • It is the final element of the citation.
  • Where a URL is also given, a comma follows the URL, then archived at and the permalink.
