AGLC4 Rule 25.2.5: Publisher’s Name
Unofficial state codes, and codes for which the rule 25.2.3 table lists one, name the publisher, editor or compiler inside the closing round brackets before the year and any supplement.

Formatting
- The publisher is roman and sits inside the year bracket.
- Only a single space separates the publisher from the year; there is no comma.
