AGLC4 Rule 24.2.1: Title and Year
Cite the title and year under rules 3.1.1 to 3.1.2. The year of passing is always included in the title even when the official short title lacks it, and a leading The is dropped. A statute from before the nineteenth century without a short title takes the short title given in the Chronological Table of the Statutes or an equivalent online source, rather than its long title.

Formatting
- The title and year are italic together.
- A leading The is omitted from the title.
