An unreported Singapore decision with a court-assigned neutral citation is cited under rule 2.3.1 using the identifiers in the table; other unreported decisions follow rule 2.3.2.

Formatting

  • The case name is italic, followed by the square-bracket year, the court identifier and the judgment number.
  • A comma separates the judgment number from a paragraph pinpoint, which is in square brackets.
  • A judge follows the pinpoint in round brackets.
