AGLC4 Rule 2.3.1: Decisions with a Medium Neutral Citation
Cite an unreported decision with a medium neutral citation by case name, year, court identifier, judgment number and paragraph pinpoint, but only where the court itself allocated the citation. Do not use a medium neutral citation for a decision earlier than the year from which the court numbered its judgments, and do not cite a reported case as unreported.

Formatting
- The case name is italic; every other element is roman.
- The year is in square brackets, followed by a space, the court identifier, a space and the judgment number.
- The court identifier is written exactly as listed, with no spaces or full stops and with its mixed case kept where shown.
- There is no starting page.
- Pinpoints are to paragraph numbers in square brackets, after a comma and a space, following rules 1.1.6 and 1.1.7.
- A judge bracket follows the pinpoint.
- The identifier depends on the decision year where a court changed identifier.
