AGLC4 Rule 19.2.1: Principal and Delegated Legislation
Cite Hong Kong principal and delegated legislation under rules 3.1 and 3.4 to 3.5, but omit the year, write the jurisdiction as (Hong Kong), and add the chapter number after it. If no chapter number has been allocated, or the law is cited as originally enacted, include the year.

Formatting
- The title is italic, and ordinarily has no year.
- (Hong Kong) is written out in full in round brackets.
- The chapter number follows the jurisdiction, introduced by a lower case cap with no full stop.
- A chapter number may include a letter, written straight after the number with no space, as in 167A.
- A comma follows the chapter number when a pinpoint follows.
