AGLC4 Rule 14.4.4: Other Supranational Courts and Tribunals: Pleadings and Other Documents

Pleadings and other documents submitted by parties or issued by the court in proceedings before supranational courts other than the EU courts are cited by the document title in quotation marks, the parties' names or title of the proceeding, then in parentheses the court, the case number and the date of the document, then a pinpoint. A speaker's name may follow the pinpoint where it is not otherwise clear.
