AGLC4 Rule 13.4: International Economic Materials: Short Title and Subsequent References

WTO agreements annexed to the Marrakesh Agreement may take a short title under rule 13.1.1; in text, the relevant part is named in full on first mention and a short title may then be given. WTO and GATT documents, panel reports, Appellate Body reports, arbitrators' decisions and GATT panel reports may take a short title under rule 1.4.4, and their subsequent references repeat the document number, and for reports the reporting body. Ibid is used for all chapter 13 material.
