AGLC4 Rule 12.4: International Criminal Tribunals and Courts: Short Title and Subsequent References
A decision of an international criminal tribunal may need a short title that includes its phase or its trial or appeal status, so that it can be told apart from other decisions between the same parties (rule 2.1.14). Other chapter 12 material may take a short title under rule 1.4.4, and subsequent references follow rule 1.4.1. Ibid is used for all chapter 12 material.
