AGLC4 Rule 9.2.9: Supplement
Where the document appears in a supplement to the Official Records, give Supp No and its number. From the 31st session (1976), General Assembly resolutions appear in Supplement No 49.

Format
Quoted from the Guide, page 147A boxed element is filled in with the source's details; everything outside a box is written exactly as shown.
Formatting
- Supp No is roman with no full stops, followed by a space and the number.
- A comma follows.
- The supplement comes after the agenda item and before the UN document number.
