Give the meeting number as an ordinal followed by mtg, or plen mtg for a plenary meeting.

Formatting
- The meeting number is an ordinal in figures with superscript letters.
- A single space and mtg follow, with no full stop.
- A plenary meeting takes plen mtg, with no full stops.
- A comma follows.
