AGLC4 Rule 7.11.3: Periodicals, Newsletters and Magazines
Periodicals should be cited as journals under chapter 5 where possible. Newsletters and occasional periodicals identified by a date, month or season rather than volume and issue may instead be cited with the date in brackets before the italic name of the publication.

Format
Quoted from the Guide, page 124A boxed element is filled in with the source's details; everything outside a box is written exactly as shown.
Formatting
- The author is roman and followed by a comma.
- The title is roman in single curly quotation marks, with no comma after it.
- The date, month or season follows after a space in round brackets.
- The name of the periodical, newsletter or magazine follows after a space in italics, including any subtitle and a leading The.
- The page follows after a space, and the citation ends with a full stop.
