AGLC4 Rule 6.8: Forthcoming Books
A forthcoming book shows forthcoming in place of the publication year, and includes whatever other details are known.

Formatting
- forthcoming is lower case and roman and takes the year's place as the last item in the publication details bracket.
- A comma precedes it, as it would precede the year.
- Details that are not yet available are left out.
