AGLC4 Rule 6.5: Multi-Volume Books
For a book in more than one volume, the volume cited follows the publication details as vol and its number, or as bk where the work calls its volumes books. The number is always an Arabic numeral. Where volumes appeared over several years, the publication year is given as a span.

Formatting
- vol or bk and the number follow the publication details bracket after a space.
- vol and bk take no full stop.
- The volume number is an Arabic numeral even if the source uses Roman numerals.
- A comma and a space separate the volume number from any page pinpoint.
- Where the volumes were published in different years, the bracket gives the span of years covering all volumes, under rule 6.3.4.
