Formatting
- Structure mirrors rule 25.5.1: optional italic title and roman comma, number, abbreviation, pinpoint, then year or full date in round brackets.
- The state code or register abbreviation is roman with no full stops (for example Ind Admin Code, NY Reg).
- The pinpoint takes the state's own numbering form, with or without a section symbol as the code uses it.
- A register citation carries the full date in round brackets.
