AGLC4 Rule 24.1.4: Scottish Reports
Scottish cases are cited under rule 24.1, except that the year in a series organised by year is not enclosed in square brackets.

Formatting
- The case name is italic.
- The year of a series organised by year is written bare, with no brackets, before the abbreviation.
- A court designation within the series, such as (HL), stays in round brackets inside the report abbreviation.
