AGLC4 Rule 24.1.1: Cases: General Rule
Cite United Kingdom cases under chapter 2. Public Limited Company is shortened to plc in party names, and a judicial review case from 2001 onward reported as R on the application of a party is written as R with that party's name in round brackets.

Formatting
- The whole case name is italic, including plc, the letter R and the round brackets around the applicant's name.
- plc is lower case with no full stops.
- In the judicial review form, R is followed by a space and the applicant's name in round brackets, then v and the respondent.
- Series organised by year take a square-bracket year before the volume.
- A page pinpoint range drops repeated digits, and a paragraph pinpoint in square brackets follows the page after a space.
- The judge follows in round brackets.
