Cite New Zealand cases under chapter 2. The court may be added at the end where it is not apparent.

Formatting
- The case name is italic, followed by the year in square brackets for a series organised by year, the volume, the report abbreviation and the starting page.
- The court, where added, goes in round brackets at the end (rule 2.2.6).
