AGLC4 Rule 16.2.2: Cases: Report Series
Decisions of the Supreme People's Court should be cited from an official government gazette where one is available; other Chinese decisions should be cited from a report series where available.

Formatting
- The series name is given in characters, roman, followed by its translation in square brackets.
- Where the court is added, it goes in round brackets after the starting page and may include the city, province and country.
