AGLC4 Rule 15.4.3: Provincial and Territorial Regulations
Provincial and territorial regulations are cited with an optional title, the citation form set out for the jurisdiction, and a pinpoint. Years are written in full unless the table marks that only two digits are used, and a blank revised column means that jurisdiction has no revised regulations.

Format
Quoted from the Guide, page 217A boxed element is filled in with the source's details; everything outside a box is written exactly as shown.
Formatting
- The title is italic and may be omitted; when included it is followed by a roman comma.
- The regulation citation takes exactly the form in the table for the jurisdiction, including its slash or hyphen with no surrounding spaces.
- Where the table marks the year with an asterisk, only the last two digits are used for regulations before 2000; with a dagger, only the last two digits are ever used.
- Revised Manitoba regulations append a capital R directly to the year with no space.
- Prince Edward Island prefixes EC to the year with no space.
- Quebec order in council citations add the full date and the Gazette citation, separated by commas.
- A comma separates the regulation citation from the pinpoint, which follows rules 3.1.4 to 3.1.7 and 3.4.
