AGLC4 Rule 15.2.4: Chapter

Give the chapter number exactly, including any letters, after the abbreviation c. Letters and numbers in a chapter designation are joined by a hyphen.

Formatting

  • Chapter is abbreviated as a lower case c with no full stop, followed by a space.
  • Letters and numbers within the chapter designation are joined by a hyphen, as in C-46 and I-21, with no spaces.
  • Decimal points within a chapter designation are kept, as in C-5.2.
