AGLC4 Rule 13.2.2: GATT Panel Reports
GATT panel reports are cited like WTO panel reports under rule 13.1.3, with a GATT BISD reference (under rule 13.2.1) taking the place of a DSR reference where one is available. Pinpoints stay as paragraph numbers even when a GATT BISD reference is given.
AGLC4 page 190
Formatting
- The description is GATT Panel Report, roman, followed by a comma.
- The italic case name and GATT Doc number follow as in rule 13.1.3.
- An adoption date, or the word unadopted, goes inside the date brackets after a comma.
- A GATT BISD citation follows the date after a space, and a comma then separates it from the pinpoint.
- Pinpoints are paragraph numbers in square brackets, never page numbers, even with a GATT BISD reference.
