AGLC4 Rule 10.2.7: Reported Decisions: Pinpoint References

Pinpoints follow rules 1.1.6, 1.1.7 and 2.2.5. A pinpoint to the first page repeats that page, several pinpoints are separated by commas, paginated reports are pinpointed to pages, and where pages and paragraphs both exist the page is always given with the paragraph optional.
