AGLC4 Rule 1.10.3: Units
A unit of measurement after a numeral is separated from it by a space. Familiar units need not be spelt out before being abbreviated.

Formatting
- One space between the numeral and the unit.
- A span of measurements takes an unspaced en dash, shortened under rule 1.10.1, with the unit written once after the span.
- Common units may be abbreviated from their first use.
