Book authors are named under rule 4.1.
AGLC4 page 98
Formatting
- The elements run in the order author, title, publication details, pinpoint.
- The author's name follows rule 4.1, is roman and is followed by a comma.
- Initials take no full stops and no spaces between them.
- More than three authors are given as the first author followed by et al.
