AGLC4 Rule 21.1.4: Māori Land Court and Māori Appellate Court
Cite Māori Land Court and Māori Appellate Court decisions by the parties and block name, the year, the minute book volume, registry and abbreviation, and the starting page. The block name is included only where the decision shows it, without the words In the matter of. Decisions without minute book references are cited as unreported.

Formatting
- The parties' names are italic and separated by an italic v.
- The block name, where given, follows the parties after a spaced dash and is italic.
- The words In the matter of are omitted from the block name.
- The year is in round brackets, followed by the case number (volume), the registry and the minute book abbreviation, all roman.
- A comma separates the starting page from the pinpoint; pinpoints follow rule 2.2.5.
- A judicial officer follows in round brackets under rule 2.4.1, as in (Judge Harvey).
