Cite a French code by its italic title, (France) and a pinpoint.

Formatting
- The code title is italic and in French.
- Each French element that is translated is followed by its English translation in square brackets, roman (rule 26.1.1).
- (France) follows in round brackets, and the pinpoint follows after a space with no comma.
- Article is abbreviated art with no full stop.
